- Provide Halal Chicken wings(skin on)
- Provide For the marinade sauce:2 medium Onions
- Provide 1 large bell Pepper
- Prepare 3-4 tablespoons Vinegar

- Prep the wings:rince well and arrange to fit evenly in trays. Set aside.then make the sauce.blend all the ingredients mentioned in list (for sauce) above
- Put sauce over the wings pieces then place the foil covered well over the trays!cook in oven.then remove from oven about mid way to remove most of the liquids as possible and to another container or small saucepan
