  1. Take 3 Kirby cucumbers
  2. You need 2 garlic cloves; minced
  3. You need 1 green onion; chopped
  4. Use 1/4 c thinly sliced onion
  5. Get 2 tbsp soy sauce
  6. You need 2 tsp Korean hot pepper flakes (gochugaru)
  7. Get 1 tsp sugar
  8. You need 2 tsp sesame oil
  9. Get 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

  1. Cut the cucumbers, hotdog style.
  2. Then cut diagonally into 1/4” slices (or however you prefer). Place in a bowl.
