- For the achari masala. In a pan add all the whole spice jeera, dhaniya, sauf, kalinji, methi, dried red Chile. Just saute it. Then let it cool and make a fine dry paste
- Now make the dough. In a plate put the wheat flour then add awjain, salt and oil. Mix then throughly. Now add warm water and make the dough. Keep it for 30 min
