- Use 1 T. apple cider vinegar
- You need 1/4 c. sugar
- Get Zest of 1 lemon
- Get Zest of 1 orange
- Provide 1 T. lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- Prepare 1 T. orange juice, fresh squeezed
- Get 1/2 T. poppy seeds
- Take Pinch black pepper

- Bring a large pot of water to boil while prepping the broccoli. Peel the large broccoli stems and slice. Cut the head into florets.
