The ingredients needed to prepare Baked Camembert in sourdough:
  1. Get 1 sourdough loaf
  2. Prepare 1 Camembert cheese
  3. Use 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  4. Take 2 tbsp Olive oil
  5. Take to taste Salt and pepper
  6. You need 2 sprigs rosemary
  7. You need Drizzle clear honey
Steps to make Baked Camembert in sourdough:
  1. Preheat oven to 180c Cut a circle in the top of the loaf to fit the cheese. Score the sides of the loaf diagonally taking care not to cut right through. Place cheese inside the loaf. Rip up the bread that you cut out into croutons and place around loaf
  2. Mix the oil garlic and seasoning together. Prick all over the top of the cheese with the point of a knife and spread oil mixture all over the cheese and bread and croutons.
  3. Drizzle with honey and place rosemary on top bake for 25 - 30 minutes until cheese is golden and gooey. Rip and dip away!!

Using a sharp knife, score the top of the Camembert in a crisscross pattern. Carefully remove cheese from the oven, then top with a generous handful of nut mixture and a spoonful of fig relish. Place butter, garlic and parsley in a bowl and mix well. Remove the top off the camembert wheel and sprinkle the rosemary, apricot and olive oil over the top of the cheese. Place lid of camembert back on top.
