- Prepare 12oz. Jumbo Pasta Shells
- Provide Ground Italian Hot Sausage
- Use 16 oz. Container Ricotta Cheese
- You need Shredded Mozzarella Cheese divided
- Provide Grated Parmesan Cheese divided
- Provide Salt & Pepper to taste
- Take Garlic Powder to taste
- You need Onion Powder to taste
- You need Pasta Sauce
- Use Parsley Flakes
- Prepare Olive Oil
- Take Italian Seasoning for garnish
Instructions to make Sausage & Cheese Stuffed Shells:
- Pre heat oven to 350
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Enough to cover shells.
- Cook shells for 9 minutes.
- Remove shells, drain water, and place on a wax paper covered cookie sheet to cool.
- In a skillet, brown sausage meat, seasoned with salt &pepper, garlic & onion powder, and set aside to cool.

- Place shells in pan, cover with pasta sauce, remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
