  1. You need 3 cups All-purpose flour
  2. Take 250 gms Pumpkin (boiled and mashed - puree)
  3. Get 3 tbsp Sugar

  7. Use 1 tsp instant yeast

  1. Boil the pumpkin, remove the skin and mash it. Take flour and other ingredients. Add pumpkin puree in that.
  2. Knead it for 10-15 minutes and keep it for first proof (2 hours).
  3. Knead it again for some time and keep it for second proof for 45 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions. Tie it with white thread. Don't use color thread.
  5. Shape it like pumpkin. Keep it for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven.
  6. Bake it on 180° for 25 minutes. Remove the thread.
  7. Apply butter on the pumpkin generously. Your dinner rolls are ready.

Add in the pureed pumpkin, mashed banana and nuts and combine with the wooden spoon.
