The ingredients needed to prepare Fresh Pasta:
  1. Use 250 g 00 (Pasta) Flour
  2. Take 2 free-range eggs
  3. Prepare 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  4. Prepare 1 litre water to boil pasta
