- You need 1 packages Blue berries
- Use 5 Bananas
- Take 2 tsp Cinnamon
- You need 1 tsp Baking powder
- Take 1 cup Sunflower seeds (unsalted)
- You need 1/2 cup Finely chopped Roasted almonds (salted)
- Use 1 cup Milk (I used cashew milk you may use soy or almond as well)
- Get 2 Apples finely chopped (I used green apples)
- Get 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Smash bananas in a large bowl
- Then add blue berries and finely chopped apples and continue to smash together until mixed well
