- Firstly steam the pumpkin for 10 minutes.Then after cooling mash it properly.

- Then again take a bowl add flour and add 1/2 tbsp sugar,1/4 salt,1/2 milk powder 1 tbsp oil and rest of the yeast in it and make a smooth dough.And keep both of the dough aside for 2 hours for fermentation.
- Now after 2 hours take a yellow colour dough and make a chapati out of it,not so thick not so thin then like this make a chapati of white dough.Now apply oil on the yellow chapati and put the white chapati on it.
- Then again apply oil on the white part and fold it.Then make the divisions out of it with the help of knife.
- Now take one part and make a design as per your choice.I made flower,leaf out of it.Then cover it and keep it on a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Now for steamer take a patila add 1/4 water in it and boil it now take a soup strainer and keep all the doughs on it and cover it and steam it for 25 minutes.
- Now for plating keep all the rolls on the plate sprinkle some powder sugar on it with the tea strainer.And our steam pumpkin rolls are ready to serve.
