The ingredients needed to prepare Baba Ganoush:
- Use 1 Aubergine (around 500 gms.)
- You need 50 gms sesame seeds toasted
- You need as required Olive oil
- Prepare as per taste Salt

Steps to make Baba Ganoush:
- Cool the aubergine on an open flame on low flame. This gives it a nice burnt flavour. Allow to cool.
