- Take Eggs
- Provide Avocado
- Prepare English muffins
- Use Tomato (sliced)
- Get Vinegar
- Prepare Water for boiling

- For poaching the eggs. Use a large deep sided frying pan. Fill frying pan 2/3 full with water. Add 2 Tbsp vinegar. Bring to a boil.
