- You need 1 spray olive oil
- Take 1 lb lean ground beef
- Provide 1 onion diced
- Provide 1 red pepper diced
- Get 1 yellow pepper diced

- Get 1 tin chopped tomatoes with basil
- Prepare 1 tin red kidney beans
