- Prepare 40 grams Margarine
- Take 40 grams Vegetable oil
- Take 50 grams White sugar
- Take 150 grams Cake flour
- You need 15 grams Cocoa powder
- Provide 40 grams Chocolate bar
Steps to make Crispy Chocolate Cookies:
- Chop the chocolate bar. Add margarine, vegetable oil, and white sugar into a bowl, then mix well with a whisk until the mixture becomes white and smooth.
- Sift in the cake flour and cocoa powder into the Step 1 bowl. Blend in with your hands. Bring them together in one. It's a crumbly dough, so it doesn't have to be a complete ball. Do not knead the dough.

- Bake in the oven preheated to 160℃ for 23 minutes. Each oven is different, so check on your cookies periodically. When they're done baking, remove form the oven, and let it cool on a rack. The crispy cookies are done.
