  2. Take as required coriander leaves
  3. You need few green chillies
  4. Get 1 inch Ginger
  5. You need few garlic cloves

  8. Take 100 grams Mushroom

  1. Boil spinach, onion, garlic, green chilli and ginger together.
  2. Let it cool down. Once the vegetables are cooled make a paste out of it.
  3. Add coriander leaf paste to it to give it a nice colour. Add salt according to taste.
  4. Take a pan. Heat oil into a pan.
  5. Put cottage cheese, baby corns and mushrooms in a pan and fry it for 2-3minutes. Fry every ingredient separately.
  6. Take it out from the pan.
  7. Now marinate paneer baby corn and mushrooms with the spinach puree for about 30 minutes.
  8. Now take a pan heat some oil to it. Add the marinated vegetables into the oil.
  9. Cook it for about 8-10 minutes
