- Use 1-2 garlic pods chopped fine

- Get 1 spring coriander leaves chopped fine

- Provide 1 Tbsp cornstarch with 1 Tbsp water
- You need 1 tsp soya sauce
- Use 1 cup vegetable stock

- For Manchurian Balls - In a bowl add chopped vegetables, chopped ginger, add Maida, cornflour and make small balls. Set aside.
- In a wok heat oil and fry the balls until golden in colour. Set aside
- For gravy - In a wok heat oil, add chopped ginger and garlic, chopped green chillies and stir for 1 min. Add chopped coriander leaves, chopped spring onions and stir for 2-3 mins.
- Add soya sauce, vegetable stock and cornstarch mixed in water. Stir. Add the fried Manchurian Balls.
- Let the gravy thicken a little bit. Set aside.
