The ingredients needed to make Roasted Brussel sprouts:
  1. Get Brussel sprouts
  2. Take Olive oil
  3. Use Sweet bbq rub
Instructions to make Roasted Brussel sprouts:
  1. Wash and cut off hard end of each Brussel sprout. Slice in half and toss in a gallon ziploc bag.
  2. Drizzle olive oil all over sprouts. Keep air in the bag to toss and coat evenly. Add in a sweet bbq rub preferably with brown sugar. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Wrap a cookie sheet with foil and pre heat oven to 425°. Pour Brussel sprouts evenly across pan. It's ok if the leave fall off leave them.
  4. Roast at 425° until they start to char. Flip as many as you can. The leaves will start to char and the sugar in the rub will start to caramelize. Usually takes about 30 minutes. The best part are the crispy leaves that fall off.

Place in a bowl, pour over oil and toss gently. Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, parmesan and breadcrumbs. Toss to coat, then spread out on tray cut face down. Heat oil in cast-iron pan over medium-high heat until it shimmers; put sprouts cut side down in one layer in pan. Put in garlic, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
