  1. Take maida in a bowl and add corn flour, melted butter along with a pinch of salt and hot water then mix it like a dough and keep it aside for resting. - To make stuffing, take little sesame oil in a hot pan then add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, green chillies, carrot, beans. Saute them by adding little bit of salt. - Add chopped cabbage, mushrooms, cheese and cook properly by adding ajinomoto.

Switch off the flame and add cornstarch, mix it well and then cook it for a minute. - With the dough make thin sheets and cut in to round shape and put the stuffing on each poori.
