  1. Marinate beef in all ingredients.And let it rest for 30 mins.
  2. Fry beef on over high flame.Fry approximately 5-6 minutes. Take it out when it's brown.Undercut cooks fast.
  3. In a wok add oil, ginger garlic paste and fry on high flame and male it light brown.Add fried beef.
