- Prepare 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
- Use 1/2 medium onion - finely chopped
- Take 3 eggs
- Get 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Prepare 1 cup milk
- Get 1 cup sifted flour
- Get 1/4 tsp salt or seasoning salt

- Preheat oven to 425°
- In a frying pan, brown sausage and onions.
- Remove from heat. Drain grease.
- Mix in 2 cups cheese and 1 beaten egg.
- Place mixture into greased 7x11 / 2 Qt. baking dish. Put into oven.
- In a medium bowl - beat remaining 2 eggs.
- Beat 1 cup milk into eggs.
- Slowly sift in flour and salt- mixing / whisking well.
