  1. Prepare 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
  2. Use 1/2 medium onion - finely chopped
  3. Take 3 eggs
  4. Get 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  5. Prepare 1 cup milk
  6. Get 1 cup sifted flour
  7. Get 1/4 tsp salt or seasoning salt
Steps to make Sausage & Cheese Breakfast Bake:
  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. In a frying pan, brown sausage and onions.
  3. Remove from heat. Drain grease.
  4. Mix in 2 cups cheese and 1 beaten egg.
  5. Place mixture into greased 7x11 / 2 Qt. baking dish. Put into oven.
  6. In a medium bowl - beat remaining 2 eggs.
  7. Beat 1 cup milk into eggs.
  8. Slowly sift in flour and salt- mixing / whisking well.
