- Take 3 Chicken breast
- Use 1/4 of medium sized onion sliced
- Provide 1 tbls Fresh chopped Chilli
- You need 2 cloves Garlic Chopped
- Take A few button mushrooms
- You need 1 (400 g) Can of chunky chicken and veg soup
- You need 1/2 tsp Black cracked pepper
- You need And a little salt

- Heat up the butter and add the onions fry for 2 minutes then add the garlic fry for 1 minute
- Next add the Chicken Breasts cook both sides for 5 minutes then turn down to simmer for 10 minutes. Add mushrooms(i fried these in garlic butter) first.
- After the simmering time add the Chunky chicken soup. Heat it until it is boiling then add to a pre heated oven medium heat for 30 minutes. Im using a frying pan which i can put in the oven or you can change over to an oven dish. Add Black cracked pepper and salt.
