  1. Get 2 cans Chickpeas(garbanzo beans)
  2. Provide Greek Italian dressing
  3. Use Olive oil
  4. Get Adobo seasoning salt

  1. Strain and rinse the Garbanzo beans for a few minutes Pre-heat oven for 400°F
