- Use 9 Rice Paper
- You need 12 crab sticks, cooked and shredded
- Provide 1 cucumber, seeded and sliced into thin strips
- Get 18 green ice lettuce leaves
- Use 3 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
- You need 1 mango, sliced into thin strips
- Take Pinch salt
- Take Peanut Sauce:
- Use 2 tbsp peanut butter
- You need 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Take 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Use 1/2 tbsp honey
- Take 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Get 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
- Prepare 3 tbsp hot water
Steps to make Kani Mango Roll:
- Combine crab sticks and mayonnaise in a bowl. Season it with salt. Set aside
- Dip a piece of rice paper in a big bowl of water to soften it. Lay the softened wrapper on a clean chopping board.
- Line 2 lettuce leaves on the rice paper. Add 2 spoonful of crab mixture on top of the lettuce leaves. Arrange 2 cucumber sticks and top with 2 mango slices.
