- Heat one tbsp oil in a pan.
- Add carrot,shimla mirch,peas,ginger garlic paste,green chilli and salt.
- Stir till water absorb it.
- Add boiled and mashed potato,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,,coriander leaves and bread crumbs and mix well
- Make a flat patties of medium thickness.
- Coat with rice flour.
