The ingredients needed to make Paneer Corn McPuff:
- Use 2 cups Maida
- Prepare 1 tsp Baking Powder
- You need to taste Salt
- Use 3 tbs oil
- Provide as required Iced cold water for kneading the dough

- Provide 2 tsp oil for frying
- Provide 2 chopped Garlic cloves
- Provide 1/2 tbs ginger garlic paste
- Provide Half onion (chopped)
- Get 1 medium capsicum
- Take 100 gms Paneer (chopped in small cubes)
- Take 1/4 cup boiled Sweet Corn
- Prepare to taste salt

- Take a bowl and add Maida, Salt and 3tbs oil and mix it well with your hands and try to hold it in your hands
- It should be crumbled and will start holding shape
- Now add iced cold water to make a dough, knead it for 5 to 6mnts
- Once the dough is tight and smooth, like shown in the bellow image
- Cover it with a wet kitchen towel and keep it aside for 1 hour
- Now take a Non-stick pan and add 2tsp of oil into it (flame should be on medium)
- Now add chopped onion and chopped capsicum and saute it for 1mnt
- After 1mnt add Paneer cubes and boiled sweet corn into it and give it a mix and saute it for 1mnts
- Add 3tbs of water into it, simmer the gas
- Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 3mnts
- Add 3tbs of Tomato Sauce
- 2tbs of Pizza Sauce
- 1tbs Red chilli Sauce, Salt to taste, A pinch of Black pepper and Pizza oregano and give it a mix
- Turn off the gas and Let the filling cool completely
- Add cheese to it and again give it a mix and keep it aside
- After 1 hour uncover the dough and knead it once again for ½mnt
- Divide dough into 2parts
- Take one part and roll it well and it should be little thick(not very thick)
- With the help of a knife cut it in 6 rectangular shape pcs.
- On all the edges brush some water to bind it.
- Stuff 3 rectangular pcs with 1tbs of filling and cover them with other three rectangular pcs.
- Now press the sides of each stuffed Paneer puff and seal it with the help of a fork.
- Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till golden brown
- Now your Paneer-Corn Pizza Puffs are ready to eat. Eat them with any sauce of your choice.
