- Use 350 grams Cranberry (fresh)
- Take 1 cup sugar Granulated
- Use 1 cup Water
Instructions to make Cranberry sauce:
- Bring the water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan
- Add in the cranberries and keep stirring gently
- While the whole mixture boils there will be a bit of tiny bursts going on, don't be alarmed, that is the cranberries starting to cook and the skin breaking open
- Keep stirring and once you see that the skins have broken, start mashing the berries lightly
- Continue to do this till all the berries are mashed and you are left with a thick sauce. This takes about 15 minutes usually
