Instructions to make Lasagne:
  1. How to make white sauce: In a thick bottom pan put the butter then the white flour. Mix it well.
  2. Add milk and make sure no lumps are formed.
  3. Stir continuously to form a thick creamy paste.
  4. Add all the spices for taste as mentioned above.
  5. Add cheese also in to it.
  6. Keep the sauce aside.
  7. How to make the lasagne mix: Put oil in a pan and sauté all these veggies till they are cooked.
  8. Add the pasta sauce and mix it well.
  9. Also add the white sauce, add oregano and pepper.
  10. Mix all these well and keep it aside.
  11. Lasagna strips should be dipped in hot water and set aside. Do not cook it.

  13. Grease a microwave safe dish with butter.
  14. Set the lasagne strip as the first layer.
