  2. Get 8 mini Eggo waffle sheets (32 mini waffles)
  3. Prepare 2 eggs
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup milk

  6. Provide 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  7. Take 1 tbsp salt
  8. Take 1 tsp black pepper
  9. Prepare 1 Canola or peanut oil

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
  2. In large Ziploc bag, combine eggs and milk.
  3. Place chicken in egg mixture and seal bag. Place in refrigerator for an hour.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a separate large Ziploc bag.
  5. Take chicken out of egg mixture and place directly into bag with the flour mixture.
  6. Shake to thoroughly cover all chicken.
  7. Heat about an inch of oil in pan over medium to medium-high heat. Place chicken in pan and fry (about 5 minutes) turning often.
  8. Place waffles in oven at 400° for 5 minutes.
  9. Place a chicken nugget over each mini waffle and drizzle syrup!
