- Use 350 g turkey thigh mince
- Prepare 1 green pepper
- Take 1 red pepper
- Provide 1 red onion
- Use 1 carrot

- Add peppers, stir and cook for a few more minutes.
- Add tomatoes and beans as well as approx 150ml water. Mix well and bring to the boil.
