The ingredients needed to prepare Prawn and Pineapple Basmati Rice:
  1. Get 500 Grams frozen Raw Tiger Prawns
  2. Use 500 Grams Tinned Pineapple in juice
  3. Use 2/3 Cups Basmati Rice
  4. Use 100 Grams Garlic Butter
  5. Get 3 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
Instructions to make Prawn and Pineapple Basmati Rice:
  1. Put the cooking oil, butter and the prawns into a large wok or saucepan. Bring up the heat gently to thaw out and start to cook the prawns.
  2. Once the Prawns turn from blue to pink, add the rinsed Basmati Rice, and the contents, including the juice, from the tin of Pineapple. Stir well and heat until bubbling.
  3. Giving an occasional stir, keep cooking until all the liquid has been absorbed by the rice and everything is nice and “ sticky”. Can be eaten hot or cold!!
