  1. You need eggs
  2. Provide small green capsicum (sliced)
  3. Provide bunashimeji mushrooms (100g), separated
  4. Take stewed & herbed tomatoes (approx 400g)
  5. Use cumin powder

  1. Pre-heat oven at 180C (gas mark 4).

  7. Put back into the oven and bake for another 10-15 mins or until the eggs begin to set (whichever is preferred).
