  3. Get 1 cup urad dal
  4. You need 1/4 cup chana dal
  5. Get 1 tbsp methi dana

  8. You need 1 small onion chopped
  9. Get 1 garlic chopped
  10. Provide Few coriander leaves chopped
  11. You need 1 tsp mustard seed

  14. Provide 1 tsp Red chilli powder

Instructions to make Basmati rice Dosa:
  1. Wash rice and dal(urad and chana) twice with water
  2. Add fenugreek (methi) seeds and soak for 8 hours…then grind it to a fine paste and keep in a hot place for fermentation fr at least 6 hrs…
  3. Heat tawa..put oil 1tsp and wipe with tissue…sprinkle water on it…put 2tbsp full batter on tawa..speead it and let it cook on low flame
  4. Prep for potato filling 👉🏻
  5. For making potato filling…heat oil in kadai..add mustard seeds curry leaves,little chana and urad dal to it and roast fr few seconds
  6. Add onion to it and roast fr 1minute..
  7. Add potatoes to it..add salt red chilli powder and coriander leaves and mix..sprinkle little water..cover it and let it cook for 2mins…your potato masala is ready
  8. Serve it with chutney and dosa..ENJOY

Cooked rice: You can use any variety of cooked rice to make the dosa. I use basmati rice for my day to day cooking. And whenever I have some leftover rice, I use the same to make dosa. Flour: Rice flour and whole wheat flour is used. Rice flour makes the dosa crisp and wheat flour brings a binding into the dosa.
