- You need 2 cup basmati rice
- Get 1 cup urad dal
- You need 1/4 cup chana dal
- Get 1 tbsp methi dana
- You need For potato filling:-
- Use 4 boiled potatoes
- You need 1 small onion chopped
- Get 1 garlic chopped
- Provide Few coriander leaves chopped
- You need 1 tsp mustard seed
- Take leaves Few curry
- Provide 1/2 tsp Haldi
- Provide 1 tsp Red chilli powder

Instructions to make Basmati rice Dosa:
- Wash rice and dal(urad and chana) twice with water
- Add fenugreek (methi) seeds and soak for 8 hours…then grind it to a fine paste and keep in a hot place for fermentation fr at least 6 hrs…
- Heat tawa..put oil 1tsp and wipe with tissue…sprinkle water on it…put 2tbsp full batter on tawa..speead it and let it cook on low flame
- Prep for potato filling 👉🏻
- For making potato filling…heat oil in kadai..add mustard seeds curry leaves,little chana and urad dal to it and roast fr few seconds
- Add onion to it and roast fr 1minute..
- Add potatoes to it..add salt red chilli powder and coriander leaves and mix..sprinkle little water..cover it and let it cook for 2mins…your potato masala is ready
- Serve it with chutney and dosa..ENJOY
