  2. Provide 5 servings
  3. Provide 2 cups Basmati Rice
  4. Use 2 large carrot cut in cube
  5. Take 1 tin Green Peas
  6. You need 1 tsp garlic & Ginger Paste
  7. Use 1/2 cup dice spring onions
  8. You need 1 bulb onion dice
  9. Take 4 fresh pepper diced

  11. Prepare 1 tbsp curry powder
  12. Provide 2 green bell pepper cut in bit

  3. Add the carrots, green peas, spring onions and green bell pepper; mix everything together and set aside
  4. In a separate pot, pour in a quarter of the rice and a quarter of the veggies mix and mix them together, do this continuously till you complete the process
  5. Stir everything together and allow the fried rice to heat up then turn off the heat and serve with salad
