- Use Pork Chops
- Take to taste Salt and Ground black pepper
- Use 4 - 5 Garlic cloves, minced and chopped
- Provide Butter
- Use Olive oil
- You need 1/2 cup Honey
- Take 2-3 tsp Cooking wine

- Pan- sear fry the chops with butter and a little olive oil. Set aside.
