- Get 1 lb boneless rib cut pork chops (about 5 chops, 1/2 in. thick)
- You need 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- Provide 2 tbsp blackberry jam
- You need 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
- Provide 3 sage leaves, finely sliced
