- Use 2 large potato peeled and cubed
- You need 1/2 cup All purpose flour
- Prepare 2 tbsp Rice flour
- Use 1/8 tsp Baking powder
- You need to taste Salt
- You need 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Use to taste Pepper

- In a pot add water and potato cubes and boil till the potato is completely cooked about 10-15 mins.
- Drain the potatoes, let it cool down a little bit but not completely and mash the potatoes nicely.
- Add the grated potato, garlic powder, Olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Combine the mixture well.
- Add in the all purpose flour, rice flour, baking powder and combine the well with the potato mixture and make a smooth dough. Cover the dough and set aside for 10-15 mins.
- Divide the dough into 3-4 portions and roll them into a ball.
- Place the dough in the greased baking tray and flatten them with your fingers. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and chilli flakes over the bread.
- Preheat oven @180° for 10 mins. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 25 mins.
