Instructions to make Trifle:
- Cut cake in half. Place cake piece in round plastic mould. Arrange fruits and blueberries jelly. Pour custard. Place strawberry jelly and banana jelly. Pour cream. Top with another cake slice. Drizzle cream. Garnish with chocolate chips, pineapple and chocolate.
- For custard: boil half litre milk with 6tbsp sugar. Dissolves vanilla custard powder in milk and pour in boiling milk. Mix well. Cook till custard thick.
- For blueberry jelly: boil water with sugar. Add blueberries jelly packet and cook till jelly set. Pour in moulds.
- For strawberry jelly: boil water with sugar. Add strawberry jelly packet and cook till jelly set. Pour in moulds.
- For banana jelly:boil water with sugar. Add banana jelly packet and cook till jelly set. Pour in moulds.
