  1. Grate the paneer. Mash the potatoes.Crumble the bread. Add salt to taste, 1/4 tsp of amchur powder,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,pich of garam masala and mash well.
  2. Now take small portions of the mixture. Give it a cutlet shape.Put a KAJU in between.Shape it in cutlet form. Grease hand with oil if required.Soak the left over cashew in 1/2 cup milk and keep aside.
  3. Make similar cutlets.keep aside. Cover them with Cornflour. Take a kadai add oil. When the oil is hot enough,add the cutlets. let them fry on medium flame.
  4. Remove them gently in a plate and keep aside.
  5. Take a pan.add oil 2 tbsp.Add jeera.let it turn brown.add onion paste. Fry untill golden golden brown.add 1 cup milk.To it add salt to taste, 1/4 tsp of red mirchi powder.Add 1/2 cup water.Let it cook for 8- 10 mins.
  6. Add the kaju paste. Give a nice stir.Add fresh cream. Let it cook for 10 - 15 mins. When the oil appears on the surface,add Elaichi powder,sugar,a pich of garam masala. Give a nice stir. Turn the gas off.
  7. To serve put the cutlet in a bowl.Add the gravy on top. Garnish with cherry or tutti fruti.serve hot.
