- You need 500 grams Plain cooked rice
- You need 3 tbsp ★Miso
- Prepare 1 tbsp ★Sugar
- Get 1 tbsp ★Mirin
- Take 1 tbsp ★Mentsuyu
Steps to make Miso Yaki-Onigiri:
- Combine the ingredients in a dish a little bigger than the rice balls. Add additional sugar to taste.
- Shape the warm rice through the plastic wrap. 100 g each is best!
- Coat the rice balls in the miso from Step 1.
- Coat all sides.
