- You need 15 cloves garlic
- Get 4 green chillies
- Use 2 inches ginger julians
- Take 10-12 curry leaves

- You need 1 tbsp coriander
- Use 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- You need 2 tbsp fennel seeds

- Take 2 tsp vinegar
- Prepare 2 lemon juice
- Get 3 tbsp salt

- Wash, dry and chop all vegetables.
- Dry roastmethi, coriander, mustard, fennel seeds on low flame. Once cool grind it coarsely.
- In a pan add oil. Add 1 tsp methi and asaefotida.
- Add garlic, chilli and ginger julians..
