The ingredients needed to prepare Buffalo Shrimp:
  1. Take deviened shrimp w/tail on.
  2. Take eggs
  3. You need milk
  4. Take flour
  5. Take favorite hot sauce (mine Texas Pete)
  6. Take unsalted butter
  7. Take paprika
  8. Use of garlic powder
  9. Take of black pepper
  10. You need Oil for frying
Instructions to make Buffalo Shrimp:
  1. Prep shrimp; removing the shell, leaving tail on.
  2. Mix 2 eggs and 1 cup milk together.
  3. Prep a plastic bag with 1 1/2 cup of flour.
  4. Turn on stove and heat oil on medium high heat. About 375°F.
  5. Put shrimp in fridge for about 5 minutes while the oil heats up.
  6. In a small sauce pan mix together the hot sauce, butter, paprika, garlic powder and pepper. Set aside and keep warm on low.
  7. Drip the shrimp in the egg mixture and then in the flour. Placing the shrimp in the flour individually, coating each one before frying.
  8. Add shrimp to the pan and fry in batches of six or more but don't over crowed them.
