  1. Prepare lamb ribs cut into small pieces
  2. Take tblspn tomato paste
  3. You need crushed tomatoes
  4. Take tblspn plain flour
  5. Provide tblspn sunflower oil
  6. Get large yellow onion diced
  7. Prepare chopped garlic
  8. Get tspn pepper
  9. Provide Salt
  10. Get tspn ground paprika
  11. Provide tspn dried rosemary
  12. Get tspn mild chilli powder
Instructions to make Lamb stew:
  1. In a large bowl with lamb, season with salt and pepper add flour and combine to coat every piece. Meanwhile heat a cast iron pot and add oil to it.
  2. Add lamb pieces to the pot in batches to brown each side of every piece, roughly 2minutes each side. Repeat the process until the last batch and remove to set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add garlic and cook for 60seconds. Next add diced onions and cook until browned.
  4. Next add tomato puree, combine with onions and garlic mixture. Next add crushed tomatoes, stir everything together before adding back lamb pieces.
  5. Next add paprika, mild chilli,rosemary and combine everything together. Next add water enough to cover the meat.
  6. Open in between and taste for salt, adjust accordingly and let the stew cook until the soup is thickened and reduced enough to serve.
  7. Serve with Mashed potatoes or Basmati and or steamed Jasmine rice, or any side of choice.
