- You need 1/3 cup Almonds, boiled cut in half
- Use 1/3 raisins (kishmish)
- Provide 1 whole cucumber, tomato, Lil bit parsley (Daniaa)

- ➖On medium high heat add onions & Ginger garlic paste fry till it light brown - ➖Add lamb cook till it brown, now add the whole spices of kabsa as mentioned above. Cook till until the oil comes above now add water, cook in pressure cooker for 20mins!!
- #ForKabsa_Topping - On medium heat the Ghee ist fry Almonds till it become light brown, then fry the raisins as well. And Pour both on tissue paper to remove excess oil.
