  15. Provide 4 tbsp Tomatoes paste
  16. Provide 5 Green chillie (make itA paste and combine with tomato paste)
  17. Get 3 whole Tomatoes finely chopped
  18. Prepare #Topping_Ingredients:
  19. Prepare 1 tbsp desi Ghee
  20. You need 1/3 cup Almonds, boiled cut in half
  21. Use 1/3 raisins (kishmish)
  22. Provide 1 whole cucumber, tomato, Lil bit parsley (Daniaa)
Instructions to make Lamb Alkabsa:
  1. ➖On medium high heat add onions & Ginger garlic paste fry till it light brown - ➖Add lamb cook till it brown, now add the whole spices of kabsa as mentioned above. Cook till until the oil comes above now add water, cook in pressure cooker for 20mins!!
  2. #ForKabsa_Topping - On medium heat the Ghee ist fry Almonds till it become light brown, then fry the raisins as well. And Pour both on tissue paper to remove excess oil.
  3. #Kabsa_MainDish - Once lamb cooked properly, Pour all the stock (Yakhni) in other pan, bring it to boil, add rice till it perfectly cooked… - On the otherhand fry lamb with Lil bit oil with garam Maslaaaa.. It gives more crizmatic eroma…
  4. #Final_Lamb_Alkabsa: - In large bowl first pour rice, then one side pour on fryLamb, in middle decorate with cucumber, tomato.. on otherside spread almonds and raisins.. Or decorate as you like… 💖💓 - So very yummlious Kabsa ready to served with  mixed salad and Gulab Jamen ☺️
