  2. Get olive oil

  5. Take onion soup mix

  1. Heat large skillet on high. Once heated add oil
  2. Dry both sides of roasts with a paper towel and then season with salt and pepper
  3. Sear 2-3 minutes on each side
  4. Transfer roast to crock pot
