- Provide kg onions
- Use kg tomatoes

- Boil rice in hot water. Strain
- For gravy. Heat oil in a pan, add garam masala fry it for 2 minutes now add onions fry them until it changes it's colour.
- Add g.g paste, mix it add chopped tomato and fry them for 5 minutes.
- Add all spices and fry them for more 5 minutes, add a little water for tomatoes to cook properly.
- Take another pan, heat oil and deep fry Ke&Ns nuggets untill cooked completely..
- Now add nuggets in the masala mixture, mix them gently.
- Make a layer of boiled rice, then spread nuggets masala. Then make another layer of boiled rice. Put some tomato slices, green chillies, food colour (yellow) and green onions. And put them on low flame steam for atleast 20 minutes.
