Before you jump to Samosas recipe, you may want to read this short interesting healthy tips about Healthy Eating Doesn’t Have To Be Difficult.

The benefits of healthy eating are today being given more publicity than ever before and there are many reasons for doing this. The overall economy is impacted by the number of individuals who are suffering from conditions such as hypertension, which is directly associated with poor eating habits. While we’re always being counseled to follow healthy eating habits, it is also easier than ever to depend on fast food and other convenience items that are not healthy for us. People typically assume that healthy diets require a lot of work and will significantly alter how they live and eat. In reality, however, merely making a few minor changes can positively affect everyday eating habits.

These better food options can be applied to other foods such as your cooking oils. Olive oil, for instance, has monounsaturated fats which are basically good fats that battle the effects of bad cholesterol. Olive oil also is a good source of vitamin E which is good for your skin, among other things. It could be that you already think that you consume fruit and veggies but it can be worthwhile considering how fresh these are depending on where you purchase these. If you can opt for organic foods, you can avoid the problem of consuming crops that may have been sprayed with harmful pesticides. Looking for a local supplier of fresh produce will give you the option of eating foods that still have most of the nutrients which are usually lost when produce has been kept in storage before it is sold.

Thus, it should be quite obvious that it’s not at all difficult to add healthy eating to your life.

  5. Use 1 inch fresh ginger
  6. Prepare 1 fresh chilli powder
  7. Get 1 bunch freshly cut corriander
Instructions to make Samosas:

  2. Remove from heat and stir in fresh coriander and the lemon juice
  3. In a small mixing bowl, mix ½ a cup of flour with a little water and make a thick flour paste to serve as a “glue” for sealing samosa pockets
  4. Fold all samosa pockets first in a cone shape before filling them with the cooled meat. Use a small ice cream scoop or a tablespoon to fill the samosa pockets (Do not overfill them)
  5. Seal using the “glue” you prepared (Seal them very well otherwise they’ll open up when frying!)
  6. Heat up oil in a deep frying pan
  7. Deep fry samosa till golden brown on both sides and crispy, use a kitchen paper or a clean towel to drain off any excess oil
  8. Serve hot or cold.
