  1. Mix the flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl,make a hole and add water little by little and knead until a dough is formed.
  2. Cover the dough to rest for about 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile peel the potatoes and cut in to small pieces and boil until soft.
