  1. You need 70 grams Cake flour
  2. Provide 20 grams Corn starch
  3. Provide 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  4. Provide 30 grams Butter
  5. You need 3 tbsp Condensed milk
  6. Use 1 tbsp Skim milk
  7. Get 4 grams Black tea leaves

  1. Return the butter and condensed milk to room temperature. Combine the cake flour, corn starch, and baking powder, and sift.
  2. Knead the butter into a cream-like state, add in the condensed milk, and mix well.

  8. Poke holes into them with a fork etc.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10~12 minutes.
