  1. In a bowl take maida. Add salt, oil and ajwain.
  2. Knead smooth dough. - Cover and keep aside for 5- 20 mins.
  3. Now heat oil in a pan add rai. Put onions.
  4. Add mutter and carrots. Add all dry spices.
  5. Mix well. Add coriander leaves. - Let it cool.
  6. Now take dough and knead it again. - Take small portion and roll it.
  7. Cut it in square shape. - Divide into two halves. - Over one strip over other like plus sign.
  8. Fill mixture in center. - Cover frn two sides.
  9. Next sides cut in strips and fold alternatively by forming matt design.
  10. Accordingly prepare all. - Heat oil and fry them on medium hot oil till golden brown and crispy.
  11. Serve hot with mint chutney and ketchup.
