The ingredients needed to prepare Agedashi Tofu (Fried Tofu):
  1. Provide 250 grams Tofu
  2. You need 1 Katakuriko
  3. You need 1 Mentsuyu (2x concentrate)
Instructions to make Agedashi Tofu (Fried Tofu):
  1. Cut the tofu into 4-5 cm chunks and drain the water.
  2. Place the katakuriko and the tofu block from Step 1 into a plastic bag and shake to coat.
  3. Heat a good amount of oil in a frying pan and fry all sides of the tofu from Step 2.
  4. Once all the sides are fried and crispy, set on a paper towel to drain.
  5. Once drained, transfer to plates, pour on some mentsuyu, and enjoy. Season them as you'd like.
